Jason M. Ruff
General Manager

Jason brings over 14 years of combined experience of Field Operations, Estimating and Project Management in the Environmental Construction & Cleanup Industry. His current responsibility is managing both the Construction and Emergency Response Service Lines of Performance Site Environmental. Jason has extensive Health & Safety Training and is a member of the Performance Safety Team.

Bruce Markey
Senior Sales Manager

Bruce earned a Bachelor's of Science from Indiana University and is a Licensed Professional Geologist with over 20 years of experience in the environmental industry. He brings over 13 years of sales and marketing experience and is currently responsible for business development and client management. Bruce possesses the regulatory knowledge and strong technical background working on RCRA, CERCLA, Brownfield and Voluntary Cleanup environmental compliance projects.


Tim Coey
Senior Project Manager

Tim brings over 20 years of experience in the environmental construction industry and attended the University of Findlay. He specializes in the management, handling and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous solid and liquid waste streams for various public and private sector clients throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States. Tim also possesses vast experience in industrial decommissioning and cleaning.


Chris Ruff
Senior Project Manager

Chris has over 13 years of experience in environmental construction and spill cleanup. His primary responsibilities include construction project management, estimating, and AST/UST sales. Chris has extensive knowledge of UST/AST systems, soil-water treatment and management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams. He attended the University of Findlay for training in spill response, DOT shipping and RCRA waste management. Chris holds both Ohio and Kentucky Certified Tank Installers' licenses and is a member of the Performance Safety Team.


Joel Miller
Project Manager / Estimator

Joel is an project manager / estimator with 7 years experience in the field. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina. He is responsible for developing project estimates, preparing and submitting bid proposals and providing technical and regulatory assistance. He directs all aspects of field project implementation.

His additional duties include implementing site safety and health plans, resource planning and procurement, and problem solving throughout each project.

His special training includes 40 hours in OSHA HAZWOPER, as well as other ongoing professional development in OSHA certification, hazardous materials and clandestine laboratory awareness.


Matt Clary
Estimator

Matt has over 18 years experience in environmental / fuel tank installation, general construction and engineering. In his current role, he is responsible for estimating and project support, and specializes in tank removal and installation. He holds a B.S. in Landscape Architecture and has extensive knowledge of horticulture, as well as AutoCAD and civil engineering experience.


Renee Seeley
Project Administrator

Renee has over 10 years experience in a variety of industries in customer service, administration, and management. her recent role as a residential construction accountant especially informs her current role. As a project administrator, Renee supports estimators during bidding; supports project managers during project setup and throughout each job, and assists field personnel through project completion. She also manages accounting processes during payment scheduling for both customers and trades.


Brad Timmons

Brad has over 20 years of environmental, field and spill clean up experience. He attended the Marshall University and the University of Dayton. Brad has extensive knowledge in both hazardous and non-hazardous spill containment and clean up, transportation and disposal, is RCRA trained, DOT transportation trained, certified tank installer, OSHA competent person and confined space entry trained. His primary job responsibilities include facility start up, business development, project management and facilitator for emergency response services.


Darin Dorr
Emergency Response Manager (Columbus, Ohio)

Darin has over 10 years of environmental, field and spill clean up experience. He attended the University of Findlay for Emergency Response. Darin possesses knowledge in both hazardous and non-hazardous spill containment and clean up, transportation and disposal. Darin is a Licensed CDL Haz Mat tanker driver, RCRA trained, DOT transportation trained, OSHA competent person and confined space entry trained. His primary job responsibilities include managing Emergency Spill Responses in Central Ohio.
