In our second decade of business, Performance Site Environmental has been honored for its leadership by numerous business and civic organizations.

In 1998 and 1999, Business First placed Performance Site Environmental on its ‘Fast 50’ list of the 50 fastest-growing companies in central Ohio.

In 1999, Inc. magazine named Performance Site Environmental to its Inner-City 100 list of the fastest-growing companies in the nation’s urban areas.

In 2000, the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio honored Performance Site Environmental with a safety achievement award for its outstanding safety record.

Performance Site Environmental won a number of professional and community recognitions in 2001:

• Jim and Joe Lorenz were named finalists in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year program.
• Joe Lorenz was named to Business First’s ‘Forty under 40’ list of outstanding young leaders in central Ohio.
• The Family Business Council of Central Ohio recognized Performance Site Environmental as its Family Business of the Year.
• Performance Site Environmental was named a Leader Contractor in a new partnership between the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
• The Builders Exchange of Central Ohio honored Performance Site Environmental with a safety achievement award for its outstanding safety record.

Performance Site Environmental won safety achievement awards from the Builders Exchange again in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005.

In 2004, Performance Site Environmental was named a finalist in the ‘Corporate Caring’ Awards sponsored by Business First.

In 2005, Performance Site Environmental won the 2005 Business First Fast Fifty Award.
